Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Requests for return or cancellation are sent only by e-mail. In the request, you shall state the reasons for the return. We reserve the right to reject the request if the stated reasons are considered unfounded.
The returned product must be in exactly the same condition as it has been (as new) without being opened and / or the package has a damaged whole. It should be like a new one without any traces of injuries.
We do not refund or exchange because you don’t like a product or it has caused a reaction. We obviously cannot verify evidence of an adverse reaction with an online customer due to their inability to present in person and at the time to substantiate such a claim.
In order your request to be honored, you must show the order number and the data of the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are shown in the order code.

The products must be returned within ten (10) days from the day it received it.
